Hello everyone! 

A little bit about me...I have been in the real estate profession since 2002 starting out working in a real estate office behind the scenes. I loved helping the agents in my office with all aspects of their business. After a couple years of helping others I realized I wanted to become more of a front runner in the business and help my own clients buy and sell real estate. When I started my own business the industry was on the cusp on a big boom. I sank my heels in and devoted myself to learning and understanding everything I could. My behind the scenes work helped a lot!   Now years later the real estate market has changed in so many ways. During these past lean years I have stayed steadfast and strong, gaining much needed knowledge in helping people short sale their homes with dignity. I also simply love guiding first time homebuyers through the maze of purchasing tradional homes or short sales which can be a daunting task. I do appreciate the challenges of the real estate profession and make sure I stay up to date daily on the changes that are coming our way.   I have lived in the Seminole/St. Pete area for over 40 years and simply love it here. I graduated from Seminole High School in 1977 and have stayed in the area. I pride myself in helping buyers and sellers in all of Pinellas County.    I joined Team Heart and Sold just this year and feel like I have finally come home!
